Our water is locally sourced in the U.K and filtered four times before we use it. The dash of lemon just helps preserve everything naturally.

Our subscriptions are flexible and you’re able to make any changes yourself by logging into your account on our website.

To set up a subscription you add the products you’d like to your basket by clicking ‘subscribe and save’. The subscription recurs as frequently as you choose, and you can cancel at any point without an additional charge. Please ensure cancellations are made 72 hours prior to the next planned delivery date.

Yes! When logged into our website, click into the My Account section and you can ‘skip’ a subscription delivery. This action needs to be done prior to the order being processed and payment being taken. If you are unsure on when you’d like the next order to arrive, there is also an option to ‘pause’, simply restart when you’re ready!
